RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


 

 

We, the people and other assorted life forms at Freckles + Kitty, love to fix our mistakes, because we want happy customers. We'll bend over backwards for our customers. We offer FREE shipping and NO-HASSLE returns, but there are some limitations.

Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges, and we hope you're okay with them. 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN or EXCHANGE



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Freckles + Kitty, we will gladly accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM: UNWASHED & UNUSED & NEVER WORN. With ORIGINAL TAGS. Products that are defective are also eligible. This will be determined at the sole discretion of the kind and fair folks at Freckles + Kitty.

 

IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

 

1.) CONTACT US at Service@FrecklesAndKitty.com for a refund/exchange.

2.) Include a your name and order number and indicate the reason for return. (If you have an account, to look up your order, go to "my account")

3.) Package and seal your return securely. Use the original or same packaging if possible. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it.

4.) Affix the UPS or USPS postage-paid return label you will be provided via email. 

5.) Drop your package at any UPS or USPS location, depending on the shipping method.

6.) If you wish to use another shipping carrier at your own cost, make sure to insure your return and send it back to:

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has taken place.

 

Shipping charges will be refunded if you receive the wrong item or the merchandise is defective. If you are making return because you would like a different style, size. or color, shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size or in a different color and are subject to availability.
